Houston Council approves 22 new cameras targeting illegal dumpers

Shady tire dealers, unethical contractors and others inclined to dump couches, construction debris or junked appliances by the roadside will stand a little better chance of getting caught with Houston City Council's purchase of 22 more surveillance cameras.
