Historymaker builds Alder plan for Benefit Homes Project

HistoryMaker Homes is well underway with construction of its first Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Benefit home. The Benefit Homes Project is a 39-year-old charity fundraiser that has raised more than $11 million. Two homes are built each year with donated materials, labor and services and the homes include a broad array of amenities and upgrades. They are sold at market value and proceeds benefit two local charities — HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home.
