Harris County Sheriff's Deputy arrested for violating protective order

Harris County Sheriff's Deputy James Christopher Sam, a 17-year veteran of the agency, was arrested Tuesday, accused of violating a protective order, a class B misdemeanor, the sheriffs' office said in a news release.
