Harris County murder suspect arrested on robbery charge in connection with carjacking

Justin Archangel, 22, was taken in by police yesterday afternoon on the 10600 block of Jones Rd. He is the fourth of four suspects allegedly involved in the Cypress case, according to a Pct. 5 Facebook post.
