Harris County deputy facing drunken driving charges after wet concrete encounter

According to a spokesperson for the Houston Police Department, the deputy was arrested Tuesday night after she drove her car through a barricaded construction site into a slab of wet concrete around 11:05 p.m. near the 6400 block of West 43rd Street.
