Harris County announces early voting plan for $2.5B flood bond

Early voting on the Harris County flood bond plan will begin Aug. 8 and regular balloting will take place on Aug. 25, the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Harvey. The Harris County Flood Control District is working to complete its list of projects that would be funded by the bond, and plans to publish that information by Monday.
