Guest Viewpoint: McMullan expresses concern over soccer fields access

What could possibly be the justification for excluding competitive soccer clubs other than Dynamo/Dash Youth Soccer (formerly Texas Rush) from using the prime turf fields and other public fields in The Woodlands? The answer is that the Township Board, including myself, made a bad decision approving a contract, and it is time to fix it, as the contract permits.
