Grand jury indicts driver in possible racing-related deadly crash
More than two years after a woman was killed in a possible racing crash in southeast Houston, the driver of the SUV she was in has been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of failure to stop and render aid.
Marco Antonio Jimenez, 25, was arrested in Galveston County last September, more than a year after the collision that killed Maria Saucedo. Saucedo was a backseat passenger in a black Chevrolet Trailblazer, one of three vehicles involved in the crash on Jan. 20, 2017.
