THE CONCEPT
A years-in-the-making project from the owners of Frank's Pizza, Deborah and Eddie Love, who envisioned a tranquil green space within downtown's hubbub. They bought the property in 2010 with the intent of opening a restaurant, but the plans morphed into the more casual patio bar.
THE SPACE
