Former showcase home spotlights design award

This home, located at 323 Terrace Drive and open 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, won best home design over $1 million by Texas Homebuilders Association and was featured as a showcase home by the American Society of Interior Designers three times.
The 6,300-square-foot home is on a 20,094-square-foot lot and the foyer features limestone columns and a spiral staircase with raised platform with custom mosaic pattern flooring for a piano. There is also limestone flooring in all the formal areas.
