Flash flood watch for Houston and surrounding area until 7 a.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for the Houston area until 7 a.m., predicting widespread rainfall of about 1-2 inches overnight and totals of up to 4 inches in some stretches along Interstate 10.
