Five arrested after attempted ATM theft in Northline

Houston police arrived at the Chase Bank in the 5200 block of Airline around 4 a.m., where the thieves had tried ripping an ATM out of the ground by attaching a chain to both a stolen city of Houston truck and the ATM.
