EZ TAG customers billed by mistake after using toll roads in Harris County

If you're a Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) EZ TAG holder and drove on TxDOT's Grand Parkway (or other TxDOT-operated toll roads) in January through April, you may have been affected by a system error.
