Explosion victim’s family to file wrongful death lawsuit

The family of Frank Flores, a Watson Grinding and Manufacturing employee on-site when the facility exploded, plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit and temporary restraining order preventing the destruction and alteration of evidence in Harris County District Court.
