El Real owner responds to no-pay allegations, promises workers will be compensated

After former employees of the abruptly closed Montrose restaurant, El Real Tex-Mex Cafe, took to the streets earlier this week in protest of alleged unpaid wages, owner Bryan Caswell has promised staff will be paid Friday.
