Early voting to start in Texas Senate race

Early voting to fill a Texas Senate seat vacated by Houston Democrat Sylvia Garcia begins Monday. Garcia resigned from the Texas Senate shortly after becoming a U.S. representative in the November election, leaving the Senate District 6 seat free.
