DWI warrant issued for driver involved in Willis-area head-on crash

Authorities are issuing a Driving While Intoxicated arrest warrant for one male driver sent to the hospital and later released and who they say caused the collision by driving the opposite way, said Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Erik Burse.
