Dramatic video shows Texas police saving driver after truck splits in half during flyover crash

When Lufkin Police Officers Carter Willmon and Roger Ordaz first arrived on scene of the crash they had no idea what the tanker truck was carrying. After hearing cries for help, the pair ran towards the tanker truck, engulfed in flames, and rescued the bloodied driver.
