The decision to downsize from a larger home to a smaller one or to move to a senior community is not easy. It’s usually only done after a lot of thought about what’s important to you.
Perhaps you don’t want or need a big home and the upkeep anymore. Maybe you want a simpler life or want a lock-and-leave lifestyle to travel more.
Benefits of downsizing include being able to move closer to family and to the things you want to do. Maintenance probably will be much less in a smalle
