Dobie High School student charged with capital murder

Jourdan Ellison knew the teen he is accused of killing on Sept. 4 at an apartment in the 1800 block of St. Joseph Parkway, a Harris County prosecutor said at Ellison's probable cause hearing on Saturday. Ellison was arrested on Friday after three witnesses identified him as the person who shot 19-year-old Christian Lezama at his home.
