Dem governor candidates provide glimpse into runoff race

On several issues, the two candidates seem to agree: Diverting $800 million for border security to pay for improved education programs, raising the minimum wage, opposing a state ban on sanctuary cities and the controversial bathroom bill, ending the controversial "Robin Hood" system of financing public education, and reforming Texas' skyrocketing property taxes.
