Dallas Republicans sue to remove 128 Democrats from ballot

The Dallas County Republican Party claims that the Dallas County Democratic Party Chairwoman Carol Donovan didn't sign the candidates' filing paperwork before sending them to the Texas Secretary of State's office, as required by law.
