D.A. not retrying brutal La Porte hammer murders featured on 'Cold Justice'

After 21 years, Harris County prosecutors in May finally tried a man for the 1997 murder of two high school sweethearts inside their La Porte home. The case ended in a hung jury. This month the district attorney's office decided not to retry Gordon Craig Houser, the jailed 57-year-old who's long professed his innocence in the brutal double slaying.
