Crenshaw wins 2nd Congressional District runoff as Roberts concedes

Republican Dan Crenshaw jumped out to an early lead over his opponent Kevin Roberts for one of the hottest Congressional battles in the Houston area.Early voting and absentee ballot results showed Crenshaw had twice as many votes as Roberts in the battle for 2nd Congressional District's Republican Primary runoff on Tuesday. The GOP foes were battling for the right to replace retiring U.S. Rep. Ted Poe, R-Atascocita.
