Crash involving 18-wheelers snags traffic on 610 West Loop at Interstate 10 West

Houston police, firefighters and hazmat crews are working to reopen a part of the 610 West Loop at Interstate 10 West after a two 18 wheeler crashes reportedly shut down the freeway early Friday.
