Coronavirus fears disrupt Rice University, cancel CERAWeek

There are no confirmed cases of coronavirus in Harris County, but CERAWeek organizers canceled the conference slated to begin March 9 out of concerns over health and safety. Rice University said an employee recently traveled overseas and was possibly exposed to the coronavirus, but it is not canceling classes or operations as of Saturday night.
