Cornyn to vote no on resolution nullifying Trump's emergency border wall order

Texas U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, one of the top Republicans in the Senate, said Wednesday that he will vote against a House-passed resolution seeking to block President Donald Trump's national emergency order for wall funding.
