Construction begins on Chesmar Homes GHBA Benefit home

Chesmar Homes recently broke ground on its Hillcrest plan in the Texas City community of Lago Mar. In December the slab was poured and January kicked off the framing of Chesmar’s seventh Greater Houston Builders Association Benefit home. This home is being built with a generous team of donors who are GHBA members. They donate materials, labor and services so that when the home is sold at market value, proceeds will go to two local charities — HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Hom
