Confusing Texas community college websites could hold back student transfers, new report finds

Thousands of Texas community college students hoping to transfer their credits to a four-year university have to find scarce information on hard-to-navigate websites, according to a new report published Friday. The report, a working paper from the Columbia University-based Community College Research Center, analyzed the websites and advising systems of 20 Texas community colleges to understand what information is available and how simple it is to find it.
