'Cold Justice' prosecutor Kelly Siegler agrees to testify

After she seemingly ditched a court subpoena, a former Harris County prosecutor who has a TV show has agreed to appear in federal court later this week via video link to testify in a hearing for a death row inmate who claims there was prosecutorial misconduct.Kelly Siegler, indicated through the state prison lawyer in a court document filed Tuesday, that she will be in Burns, Oregon through Friday, but will "do whatever she can to make herself available."
