Clemency denied for 'Texas 7' prisoner scheduled for execution

A day after suing the Board of Pardons and Paroles, Texas death row prisoner Joseph Garcia lost his long-shot bid for clemency when the seven-member board denied him a favorable recommendation to the governor.
