Chesmar sells GHBA Benefit home in Lago Mar

Delbert and Amey Rice became the owners of the 2021 Greater Houston Builders Association’s Chesmar Benefit home on Friday, May 21. Chesmar built its Hillcrest plan in Lago Mar with donated materials and services from GHBA members. This allowed the home to be built at low cost, ensuring that when sold, proceeds would go to two local charities — Operation Finally Home and HomeAid Houston. Since the Project began 41 years ago, more than $12 million has been raised.
