Body found inside an SUV near Westpark Tollway

Harris County's medical examiner on Tuesday released the identity of one of the eight victims believed killed in Monday's floods. Pedro Rascon Morales, 60, was found in the cab of an 18-wheeler in a flooded portion of roadway in the 800 block of North Sam Houston Parkway East. He is believed to have died about 3 p.m. Monday.
