Benefit Homes Project: Chesmar to present funds to GHBA charities

Chesmar Homes recently announced the sale and subsequent closing of its seventh Greater Houston Builders Association Benefit home in Lago Mar. This home is part of the GHBA Benefit Homes Project that raises funds for two local charities.
Chesmar constructed its Hillcrest plan with donated materials, labor and services by GHBA members. Each year, two homes are built for the Benefit homes that are sold at market value and the majority of the proceeds go to HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Hom
