Bartenders’ arrests in recent Houston drunk driving death are first for new TABC initiative

The five employees were arrested days after the crash, thanks in part to a new initiative by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, according to TABC Chief Law Enforcement Officer Victor Kuykendoll.
