Authorities: Explosives in Santa Fe shooting were functional

Experts have determined at least some of the explosives found in connection with a mass shooting that killed 10 people at Santa Fe High School Friday were functional, police said. This contradicts a previous statement by Galveston County Magistrate Mark Henry that the bomb materials were non-operational.
