Army Corps of Engineers extends deadline for Addicks, Barker excavation proposals

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has extended the deadline on its request for input on possibly excavating soil out of the Addicks and Barker reservoirs.The new deadline is May 4. The original deadline for responses was Feb. 23, but it has been extended twice.
