AG Paxton cheers settlement that allows ex-ITT Tech students to receive academic records

Houston-area students shut out of ITT Technical Institutes in 2016 will receive their academic transcripts after a new settlement requires the university's parent company to give electronic student records to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
