ACLU launches immigrant rights campaign as arrests are up

The American Civil Liberties Union launched a celebrity-studded campaign Thursday to ensure immigrants know their rights in interactions with federal agents, including spots on Spanish radio and targeted, multilingual ads on Facebook and YouTube. President Donald Trump's administration arrested almost twice as many immigrants in the first nine months of 2017 compared to the same period in 2016.
