Abbott rings closing bell at Nasdaq

Gov. Greg Abbott, who rang a bell to open the New York Stock Exchange almost three years ago, is back in New York City to close trading on another exchange.At 4 p.m. on Monday, the Texas governor is scheduled to ring the Nasdaq closing bell -- as part of a trip to Manhattan to meet with assorted business leaders.
