Abbott consoles Santa Fe students; 'impressed' with their character

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott told returning students and teachers at Santa Fe High School on Tuesday that he was impressed with their character and spirit in how they have handled the aftermath of the May 18 shooting that killed 10 and injured 13 others.In a private session at an assembly, the governor consoled them and said that while he was unable to explain their individual feelings, he can relate to a life-changing event such as the shooting.
