Abbott asks TEA to identify, publicize school districts behind on public safety audits

Gov. Greg Abbott directed the Texas Department of Education ensure that schools and districts throughout the state are up to date on the latest strategies to protect schools and students from attacks like the school shooting in Parkland, Florida. And the governor is threatening to essentially publicly shame those that aren't.
