2nd person charged in Humble-area robbery, deadly shooting

A second person has been charged in a deadly shooting behind a Humble-area gas station where a man was apparently targeted by an acquaintance who said he was carrying a backpack full of cash, according to court documents.
Howard Burton, 30, is charged with capital murder in the death of Thearon Lee Clark on May 11.
