22 Democratic state representatives endorse Lupe Valdez for governor

Twenty-two of Texas' 55 Democratic state representatives on Wednesday endorsed former Dallas County sheriff Lupe Valdez for governor, as Valdez faces Houston entrepreneur Andrew White ina May 22 runoff.The winner of the runoff will be the Democratic nominee who will face Republican incumbent Greg Abbott in the November general election.
