2 killed in northeast Harris County crash after cement mixer loses load

The driver of a white SUV traveling north on Old Humble Road hit the cement, then lost control of her vehicle, officials with the Harris County Sheriff 's Office said. The driver then went over the median and crossed onto the southbound lanes, colliding head-on with a red sedan.
