2 killed in hit-and-run on North Freeway

They were outside their vehicles _ a gray Dodge Charger and a black Dodge Ram pickup truck _ when they were struck about 3:30 a.m. in the 4400 block of the North Freeway, Houston police said. Whether their vehicles were disabled or they had collided was unclear, police said.
