2 arrested for carjacking, shooting that killed woman in Houston

Houston Police said Thursday night that two unnamed suspects were arrested. HPD did not provide any other details about the incident that killed 30-year-old Kiesha Price as she sat in her silver BMW at a gas station at 1129 Bissonnet Street.
