10 students’ scores kept Pearland ISD from an A rating
Pearland Independent School District saw its earned A rating from the Texas Education Agency downgraded to a B because 10 students in one school didn’t perform well on a state math assessment.
The district is appealing the score, but Superintendent John Kelly said he is happy overall with how TEA grades school districts.
