Trevor Ozawa leads in Council race after Waters disqualified

Trevor Ozawa, a former Honolulu City Council member who successfully sued Council Chair Tommy Waters over his eligibility to be on the ballot, was the top vote-getter by far in East Oahu’s controversial District 4 race Saturday.
