Star-Advertiser, Midweek campaign supports North Shore businesses

The Honolulu Star-­Advertiser and MidWeek have launched the Kama‘aina 15% Off Welcome Back Program, offering free promotional ads to North Shore businesses that are providing discounts to draw local residents to support the region as it recovers from this spring’s Kona-low storms.
